The 2023 Industry Dance Awards dazzled us once again, proving why it’s hailed as “The Most Prestigious Dance Event of the Year.” With an atmosphere charged with passion, skill, and unity, we rejoiced in the convergence of the dance community rallying behind the noble cause of Dancers Against Cancer. Held at the iconic Avalon Hollywood, this year’s ceremony witnessed familiar faces and rising stars alike, all sharing the same space and purpose.
With celebrity appearances from renowned personalities such as JoJo Siwa, Cost ‘n Mayor, and others, the aura of the evening was truly magnetic. Our captivating hosts, Amanda Pflieger, seamlessly weaved the evening together, drawing us into every performance, announcement, and tribute, especially the touching homage to the legendary Art Stone.
Performances that left indelible marks on our hearts included those from renowned artists and studios, culminating with Brenna Whitaker’s soul-stirring rendition of “Black & Gold.” To all the gifted dancers and choreographers, we are forever indebted for making the night shine so brightly.
